Board constitution
Our board is made up of five non-executive directors (NEDs). Three are lay NEDs, which means they have never been authorised to provide regulated legal services, and two are Costs Lawyers. The board has ultimate responsibility for the CLSB’s activities. You can find out more about our individual board members here.
Board documents
Our board meets four times a year to consider a variety of strategic issues, including the CLSB’s regulatory and operational performance, risk management, forward planning, resourcing and governance matters. The board may also consider specific issues outside of scheduled meetings.
