The CLSB has opened a consulation on the practising certificate fee for Costs Lawyers in 2024.
We propose to set the fee at £290 in 2024. The full consultation paper and annexes are available on our website and provide further information about how the fee is set, collected and used, as well as the benefits and costs of regulation. We welcome responses from Costs Lawyers and any other interested parties on any aspect of the consultation.
