Application by a European Costs Lawyer to practice in England & Wales
Under the above regulations, which became effective on 18 January 2016, a qualified Costs Lawyer (costs law practitioner) of a European Economic Area has the right to apply to the CLSB (the profession’s regulator in England & Wales) to provide cost law services in England & Wales, either
(i) on a temporary or occasional basis; or
(ii) on a permanent basis, whether employed or self-employed

How to apply
Complete and send electronically by pressing SUBMIT at the end of the form either the declaration (temporary/occasional basis) or application (permanent basis) attaching all required documentation.
